Please provide enough references/details needed for the commission.

I have the right to refuse a commission if it is against my terms and conditions.

The final product is strictly for personal use only.

If interested in the products to be commercially used, please let me know so we can discuss further about commercial pricing.

Payment is made through Paypal (USD).

Commission prices are subject to change.

Will ask for full payment upfront after the sketch/draft is approved before proceeding on finishing the commission.

Will offer a maximum of 3 reasonable revisions past the draft/sketch phase. Any more than that will be charged extra.

Will not offer refunds once I have started on the commission past the draft/sketch phase.

If I still have not continued the commission past the draft/sketch phase, you can ask for cancellation and refund.

I, the artist (lucadark_art) retain all the copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my online accounts and portfolio.

I will not claim the Intellectual Property of the commissioned artwork unless they all include my Original Characters.

The client (the commissioner) may not profit off of the commissioned artwork.

The client cannot alter or reproduce the commissioned artwork without my consent as that is considered copyright infringement.

The client cannot claim the commissioned artwork as their own.

Will charge extra depending on the complexity of the character.

If there are no exact references of the actual subject and only providing descriptions or collage of images of the concept, will charge extra for design fees.

Additional characters will count as another piece.

Base price does not include backgrounds, they're charged extra depending on complexity

Character Sheets will consist of one character view fully rendered, the rest are not fully rendered.
